Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Ochsner Health Center – EC HealthNet (Rush)

Location: Meridian, Mississippi.

Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 for experienced LPNs.

We are currently offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for experienced LPNs joining our clinic team at Ochsner Health Center – EC HealthNet in Meridian, MS, supporting a variety of outpatient specialty and primary care services.

Education
Required: High school diploma or equivalent.

Nursing Experience:
Required:

- Experience maintaining confidential patient information.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced clinical environment with minimal supervision.

Certifications:
Required:

Current LPN License in the state of Mississippi.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Preferred:

IV Therapy credentials.

Primary LPN Responsibilities:

Apply the Nursing Process—data collection, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to deliver safe, high‑quality patient care.
Provide care addressing physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs appropriate to the patient’s age and condition.
Communicate clearly, compassionately, and professionally with patients, families, visitors, and team members to support an excellent patient experience.
Adapt positively to rapid workflow changes as clinic and patient needs evolve throughout the day.
Maintain personal professional development, ensuring all required skills, competencies, and credentials remain current.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
