About the Role:
The Physical Therapist performs age‑ and diagnosis‑appropriate evaluations and delivers evidence‑based treatment to patients in an acute care setting. You will maintain accurate and timely documentation, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, and adapt care strategies to meet patient‑specific needs. This role also supports department initiatives, contributes to professional development activities, and participates in the training of physical therapy students.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (required).
- Current physical therapy license in the state of practice OR eligibility for licensure by examination or reciprocity.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Proficient computer skills, including Windows‑based applications and keyboard use.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to work with a wide range of diagnoses.
