Nurse ICU Manager – Registered Nurse (RN)

Unit: Critical Care | Intensive Care Unit

Join our Critical Care team in the beautiful New Orleans area as our next Nurse ICU Manager. We’re looking for an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership skills to guide our Critical Care staff and ensure exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the ICU team to deliver high-quality Critical Care.
- Oversee unit operations, budgeting, staffing, and performance.
- Ensure patient satisfaction and safety through evidence‑based practice.
- Support staff development and maintain clinical excellence.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and care teams.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of nursing experience.
- 2+ years of leadership/supervisory experience.
- Background in ICU/Critical Care strongly preferred.
- Associate’s Degree required; BSN preferred.
- Current RN license & BLS (AHA).
Skills:
- Strong leadership & team‑building abilities.
- Excellent organization and time management.
- Solid knowledge of nursing practice.
