About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse or physician. This role includes assisting with patient assessments, performing clinical tasks, administering treatments as appropriate, and supporting daily clinic operations. The LPN plays a key role in delivering compassionate, coordinated care in a patient‑centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care in accordance with established standards, policies, and clinic protocols

- Assist with patient intake, clinical documentation, and care coordination
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Administer medications and treatments as directed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support a safe, efficient, and welcoming clinic environment
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
- Active LPN license in the state of practice or eligibility by endorsement
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced outpatient clinic setting
